It's Monday the 26th of August! What are you reading?

It's Monday! What are You Reading! is a weekly hosted by Sheila over at Book Journey. This weekly is meant to keep you people updated on what I read the last week and what I am planning to read the upcoming week.

This week has been a bit busy at work. So I took some time to read in the evenings to relax.
I finished The Bones of Paris by Laurie R. King which was entertaining and I will have to look out for other books by this author. I read Songs of Willow Frost by Jamie Ford and was not disappointed and I finished Mister Max: The Book of Lost Things by Cynthia Voigt which was a real adventure book like the ones I used to read when I was a child.

I am currently reading My Notorious Life by Kate Manning

    I'm reading The Liar's Gospel, but am not really reading it, because I've been abandoning reading in general :(

    How did you like The Bones of Paris? I loved it- I didn't realize she wrote a book before that about the same characters called Touchstone. I need to get that. I am currently reading My Notorious Life also! I look forward to hearing how you liked it.

    Is The bones of Paris one in the series of the Vampire Hunter? Or am I completely confused here?
