The shadows have never been darker and the end has never been closer. Turn the key and open the last door; it's time to say goodbye.

The last book in the fantastic Locke and Key series. I am not sure I am ready to say goodbye.
The first 50 pages are the seniors making a movie for their graduation. The question... what they would change in their past had they known the outcome of a certain decision. In the meantime shadows grow bigger and masks drop. There was a lot of change between these two things happening and I really had to get into the story.
Without giving to much away I will tell that I love the developments in the book and the way both Rodriguez and Hill close things up. The art in the book is of great quality again. Take your time with the images in the Locke and Key books, there are so many small details telling a story of their own in the graphics and this book was not different. The story line is done well too. All characters get their own end and it all makes sense. Nothing is rushed or happening in a way not fitting with the story.
This is a great ending to a great series I will for sure read again and again!
