It's Monday! What are You Reading! is a weekly hosted by Sheila over at Book Journey. This weekly is meant to keep you people updated on what I read the last week and what I am planning to read the upcoming week.
I got vacation for the next three weeks and I have a goal.
For the upcoming weeks you will see this pile getting smaller and smaller. At least that is what I hope because that means I will have a lot of reading time.
Last week I finished three books. Top Down by Jim Lehrer which was a very interesting story to read and The Last Winter of Dani Lancing by P.D. Viner. I am still not sure what to think of it. I finished a comic about Brian Epstein The Fifth Beatle but did not really enjoy it and I did not finish The Two Hotel Francforts by David Leavitt
I am currently reading How to be a Good Wife by Emma Chapman
Next up are.. well something from that pile. There are so many books in that pile I really want to read but I think I will start with getting the small ones out of the way or maybe read one of the big ones or... well as you can see having to make choices does not work very well when publish dates and stuff do not force me to read the one book first. Will tell you next week what I did read.

Write reactiesLooking forward to your thoughts on The Last Winter of Dani Lancing! =)
ReplyBest of luck getting through your TBR pile! I spy some familiar titles (though I've only read Barnes' The Sense of an Ending from it; I personally liked it, it had me thinking about stuff xD)
I am reading NOTHING. Absolutely nothing :(
Replythat many in 3 weeks! you are insane! i hope you do enjoy and get that goal done. I couldn't even imagine!
ReplyEnjoy your vacation. If I had three weeks off with nothing else to do, I could make quite some headway in that stack of yours--but I'd probably get tired of looking at it and go get something new.
ReplyOh wow! I hope you'll be able to read all those yummy-looking books on your vacation, Ciska! That's one of the best parts of vacation - getting to read and just enjoy the different stories.
ReplyHave a great week!

That is one huge stack of books. ENJOY!!
ReplyI am out of town and not getting too much reading done, but I am having fun. Went to a Hachette book event and received 9 books. The event was FABULOUS. I am still here visiting my son.
