Dewey's 24 Hour #Readathon April 2014 Finish!!

  4. I read The Scrapbook of Frankie Pratt by Caroline Preston which was a great read when my eyes did not want to cooperate no more.
  5. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year?
  6. I am always impressed by the organization and work everybody puts into making this a success. I did notice there were some comments on the prize page that could have been addressed.
  7. What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon?
  8. The readers!!! There where so many!!
  9. How many books did you read?
  10. I finished 3 books of which I started one before the read-a-thon. Total of 725 pages.
  11. What were the names of the books you read?
  12. S. by Doug Dorst The Scrapbook of Frankie Pratt by Caroline Preston The Sense of an Ending by Julian Barnes
  13. Which book did you enjoy most?
  14. The Scrapbook of Frankie Pratt by Caroline Preston
  15. Which did you enjoy least?
  16. The Sense of an Ending by Julian Barnes
  17. How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time?
  18. I will if I can. I love the read-a-thon. I will sign up as a reader most likely. Though I do not sign up as a cheerleader I love to cheer for people on twitter or their blogs I just do not want the obligation.
I would like to thank the cheerleaders of #TeamBronte for their support!!

Of the 3 books I read that was the one that came out on the bottom... though it was the last one too and I might have been a bit to tired ;)

Well done, Ciska!! Y are amazing.
What a shame you liked least the one by Barnes; I've heard he has great novels and I'm curious.

I wasn’t a big fan of Sense of an Ending, either. I think it’s a book that I would appreciate more if I was further along in life. Glad you had fun with the Readathon!
