The read-a-thon will start at 2 pm for me and I am just going to start of and see when and where I finish. As this is the first time I am participating I am not sure what I am capable of and actually just planning to have some fun and finish some books that are on my pile.
As advised by the more advanced read-a-thonners I made a pile with various genres, lengths and difficulty.
From my nightstand I took the following books
I got snacks, fruit and my favorite tea
I will post regular updates on twitter (@_ciska_)and here on the blog. I will make an attempt to visit various blogs and find a few new ones to follow trough the night. Good luck to all the participants!!

Write reactiesYou're well prepared for your first 24hour reaathon, Ciska! Good luck. I tend to read for about 16-18 hours in total, taking a sleep in between. This time, I will be taking things easy, might not last quite that long.
ReplyAm not sure how long I last. I am going to do my allergy check for chicken today and if my body still has an allergic reaction I will probably make the full 24 hours hahaha!! (But I got to enjoy some tasty chicken)
ReplyThose books look great! I planned to read Libba Bray too but then settled for some more 'easy-breezy' books. :D And those chips look yummy, not to mention earl grey. :3 I have a pack of Twinings' black tea with vanilla prepared. I'll try to stay away from coffee heh.
