Top Ten Tuesday: Books I want to read this winter

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly hosted by The Broke and Bookish. Every week the girls from the Broke and Bookish come up with a subject and I will try to find 10 results combined with that weeks topic.

This weeks topic is Top Ten Books I want to read or am going to read this winter.
The Goldfinch, Donna Tartt
This book has been on my night-stand for a while now and it has learned to scream my name.
The Bear, Claire Cameron
The first time I saw this book I knew I had to have it. I received a review copy so will read it soon.
The trilogy "Geef me de ruimte", Thea Beckman
This is a series by Dutch author Thea Beckman which I have been dying to re-read. I have all the books and will make some time for this in the winter.
The Paris Wife, Paula McLain
For Jazz Age January organized by Leah over at Books Speak Volumes. There might be more books for this great challenge but for now I  have one.
IT, Stephen King
Have been dying to re-read this one
The Upright Piano Player, David Abbot
This book has been on my want to read list for so long and I finally found a copy.
The Snow Child, Eowyn Ivey
Same for this one.
All That I Am, Anna Funder
And this one (yes there was sale and there were a lot of books)
De bekentenis van Adriá, Jaume Cabré
A book that honestly is living on my shelf for to long already.

The last book on my list is a surprise even for me. I have asked books for christmas. Just a few but if I get one of those it will be read immediately.

Hope you enjoy The Paris Wife! I read it a few years ago and really liked it--didn't know too much about Hemingway's life and it really reflected the Jazz age quite nicely :) The Goldfinch sounds really interesting, might pick it up one of these days xD Happy reading!

Oh, good choices! I just got a copy of The Goldfinch (1-day price drop on Kindle!) and I've heard such great things. I really enjoyed The Snow Child when I read it -- great choice for winter! Enjoy... :)

I've also been wanting to read The Snow Child. I have a bunch of review copes to get through first, but once I do it'll be one of the first books I pick up!

I've heard a lot of good things about The Snow Child. I hope you don't mind me waiting to see if you like it before I take the plunge. :)

Goldfinch is on my list! Actually so is Paris Wife, so I can't wait to see your opinion for Jazz Age January cause I don't think I'll get to it before then.

I think EVERYONE has The Goldfinch on their list unless they’ve already read it. I’m one of them...
